New and upgraded rail infrastructure across Melbourne
CPB Contractors, with its Alliance partners, has completed four level crossing removals and is removing another nine crossings as part of the Victorian Government’s program to remove 50 dangerous and congested level crossings across Melbourne.
The two project packages include rebuilding eight stations, upgrading platform infrastructure and rail systems, laying new track and managing complex interfaces between construction, rail operations and live traffic. The projects are scheduled to be completed in 2018.
